At Hydra Endura, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident every time you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, we gladly accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, sealed packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Hydra Endura made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We believe in how Hydra Endura performs. If you are unhappy with your first purchase, please reach out to our support team as we’re committed to finding a fair solution.

Note: This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to bulk or subscription orders.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
