with five key ingredients

750mg Trisodium Citrate

Most electrolyte brands source their sodium from sodium chloride — regular table salt. It's cheap, it's easy to source, and it gets the sodium number on the label. That's exactly why it's everywhere.

We didn't take the cheap route. We use trisodium citrate — a more refined, more expensive form of sodium that costs more to source but does more for you. It delivers the same sodium your body actually needs, without the harsh, heavy salt taste that comes with sodium chloride. It's gentler on your stomach too, which matters when you're drinking this mid-run, not just sitting on a shelf.

It's also why our raspberry limeade tastes like raspberry limeade — not salt water with a fruit sticker on it.

200mg Paraxanthine

Most energy ingredients lean on caffeine. It's cheap, familiar, and works — for a little while.

The problem: caffeine spikes your heart rate on top of the spike you're already getting from running. That's two stressors stacking at once, which is why it can feel jittery or overworked mid-effort. Then it crashes right when you need to hold pace.

We use paraxanthine instead — what your body naturally converts caffeine into anyway. Steady energy, no heart rate spike, no crash.

It's not just a workout thing. No 2pm coffee cycle, no needing more tomorrow to feel today's effect. Same focus. No spike. No crash.

45mg Magnesium

Other brands opt for magnesium oxide. It's the common choice, but your body barely absorbs it — most of it just passes through, which is why it's known for causing stomach upset.

We use magnesium bisglycinate instead — a bonded, more absorbable form your body can actually use. It supports muscle relaxation and recovery after a hard effort, without the gut issues.

It's not just post-run either. Magnesium is the mineral most people are quietly low on, day to day. Better absorption. Recovery that actually works.

36mg Calcium

Most supplements use calcium carbonate. It's the common form, but it needs stomach acid and food to absorb — which doesn't help much if you're taking it on an empty stomach before a run.

We use calcium citrate instead — it absorbs well with or without food and sits easier on your stomach. It works with sodium and potassium to help your muscles fire properly.

It's not just about muscles either. Calcium supports bone strength against the repetitive impact of running. Better absorption. No empty-stomach issue. Stronger, day to day.

150mg Potassium

Potassium chloride is commonly used. It's the standard option, but it can taste bitter and harsh, and it's rougher on digestion in concentrated doses.

We use potassium citrate instead — a gentler, more absorbable form that works with sodium to keep your muscles firing correctly. It's the mineral most responsible for fighting off cramps late into a run.

It's not just for race day. Potassium supports normal muscle function every day, not just under load. Smoother taste. Easier on your gut. Cramp protection that works.
